Soy Supplement May Improve Asthma Symptoms

According to researchers at The Ohio State University Medical Center who are studying a possible association between soy intake and lung performance that soy may be helpful for people with poorly controlled asthma. Dr. John Mastronarde, director of the asthma center at Ohio State’s Medical Center said that Americans in general do not eat a lot of soy, but for those who eat seemed to have a better lung function. That idea made them think that that is something to improve the asthma.
